Please note that the maximum double room tariff applies, per room per night, over Christmas - New Year.

All rates include afternoon tea and home-made cake, early morning tea and a newspaper.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and/or showers, remote controlled colour television, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, clock radio and tea and coffee making facilities (with fresh milk)

Bathrooms are equipped with large towels, hand towels, flannels, bathrobes, superior scented soaps, bath/shower gels, shampoo, body lotion, shower caps and sewing kits

Thomas Luny House is licensed and has a small well chosen wine list.

We do not accommodate children under 12 years old.
We do not accept pets.

NO SMOKING. We would be grateful if guests refrained from smoking inside the house.

On your day of arrival the rooms are usually ready from 2.00 p.m. onwards.
On the morning of departure we respectfully ask that you vacate your room no later than 11.00 a.m. However, if you wish to keep the room on for longer a charge of £10.00 per hour will be made.

Final accounts can be settled by Cash, Cheque and most major Credit Cards
(not Diners or American Express).

In the event of cancellation every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation, if unsuccessful, however, a charge will be made for the total value of the booking less the value of breakfast. Cancellation Insurance, available from most Insurance Brokers, is recommended.
