FROM THE NORTH

From Exeter take the M5/A38 in the direction of Torquay/Plymouth. The road then divides into the A380/A38. Take the A380 Torquay. After about 5 miles take the B3192 to Teignmouth. You drive through a woodland/heath area for about 5 miles - then you come to traffic lights at the bottom of the hill. Turn left and get into the right hand lane immediately. At the next set of traffic lights turn right into Quay Road. Then take the first left into Teign Street. We are along this road, on the right hand side, through an archway. Make sure you drive in straight, as the entrance is fairly narrow. You have arrived.

FROM THE WEST

From Newton Abbot take the A381 to Teignmouth. On reaching Teignmouth drive through two sets of traffic lights (there are also two sets of pedestrian lights along this road). At the third set of traffic lights turn right into Quay Road. Then take the first left into Teign Street. We are along this road, on the right hand side, through an archway. Make sure you drive in straight as the entrance is fairly narrow. You have arrived.

Teignmouth is well served both by road and rail. It is ideally situated for exploring Devon. Within easy reach are both Dartmoor and Exmoor, many National Trust houses and gardens, picturesque villages, a magnificent coastline and the South West Coastal Path. Close at hand the river and sea provide many leisure opportunities.
